Nathan Nalla

Founder, Director and EDI Consultant

Nathan is experienced in culture change for inclusion, applying systems and behaviour analysis to deliver solutions. He drives adult learning design and delivery using best-in-class approaches that centre engagement and outcomes.

Nathan has 7 years’ dedicated focus on EDI and 10 years’ engagement in LGBTQ+ advocacy, Anti-Racism and social justice. Alongside 20 year's facilitation and public speaking experience in a variety of contexts.

As a man who is racialised as Black and identifies as queer, Nathan uses his personal experiences to shape his work. Centring the voices of those from minoritised groups and fostering approaches to EDI that lead to genuine long-lasting change.

Emma Palmer (she/her)

EDI Consultant & Facilitator

Em is an EDI leader focused on culture transformation. Her experience spans LGBTQ+ inclusion, race equity, and intersectionality. 

She draws on a background of 8 years as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police. Em’s dedication to fairness and justice continues through her EDI work, from strategy development to large-scale race equity programmes. 

She’s featured in “My Sh*t Therapist & other mental health stories”, serves on R;pple Suicide Prevention Charity’s advisory board and a certified Diversity-to-Belonging Facilitator.

Yasmin Rose (she/her)

HR Specialist & Associate Facilitator

Yasmin is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience across hospitality, distribution, and corporate sectors. As an EDI Facilitator, she brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to creating inclusive cultures, delivering impactful training on anti-racism, microaggressions, and inclusive leadership. 

Yasmin has worked with a wide range of businesses, supporting them in challenging bias, strengthening people strategies, and building equity into their systems. 

Known for her warmth, integrity, and deep understanding of organisational dynamics, Yasmin helps clients create workplaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.

Sophia Kalpaka (she/her)

Facilitator, Coach, Mental Health & EDI Consultant

Sophia has over 15 years’ experience in leadership training and development, diversity, equity & inclusion, mental health advocacy, and sexual safety training. Having been a line manager for the best part of a decade, she understands the daily manager and team struggles in corporate settings and delivers practical and impactful training to address them.

She has coached senior leaders across the Retail and FMCG sector and has also consulted for organisations in various sectors such as healthcare, charity, corporate real estate, tech and magic circle law firms. 

Sophia actively supports neurodivergent inclusion in the workplace and advocates for employee wellbeing, speaking openly about her own mental health challenges and experience with burnout as she navigated her career. She holds degrees in Psychology and Strategic Human Resource Management and is an accredited executive coach and Mental Health First Aid England instructor.

Nathaniel Cole (he/him)

Facilitator

Nathaniel has worked as a facilitator across masculinity, relationships & sex ed, mental wellbeing and EDI for the last 9 years. 

He gets people to tune in to the world they live in and see how that's reflected in the workplace, for good or bad and is known to make participants feel at ease in the discomforts that can be associated with learning.
