EDI Health Check

Our EDI Health Check is a comprehensive assessment that enables practical solutions to be embedded into your ways of working. We assess your policies, processes and systems to spotlight gaps and opportunities to harness inclusion. We give you a clear understanding of where you are and outline a roadmap to culture change.

Our EDI Health Check is based on legal compliance, behavioural science and best practices that are driving impact in other organisations. We focus on 4 key areas that impact organisational inclusion:

  1. Recruitment: To ensure your organisation is representative of a diverse range of people and that all who qualify are given a fair opportunity to work for you.

  2. Pay: To ensure people within your organisation are paid equally, fairly, and that pay is transparent for all. Ensuring a person’s pay isn’t impacted by their protected characteristics.

  3. Learning Development & Progression: To ensure learning & development opportunities are offered fairly to all and that all people have an equal chance to progress.

  4. Culture: To ensure people experience an inclusive environment that is accessible and where all forms of discrimination are prevented and addressed. Maintaining a culture of accountability for creating inclusion.

Stakeholder Engagement

Our stakeholder engagement is a data-safe and confidential way for your people and customers to provide honest feedback on culture. We capture insights through our EDI Surveys & Focus Groups to shape your unique EDI strategy, giving you the confidence that your approach to EDI is specific to your organisation’s needs.

1. EDI Surveys

We create an EDI Survey or adapt your current employee or customer survey to ensure you collect valuable and measurable data on inclusion. The process is collaborative and tailored to your organisation’s needs.

2. EDI Focus Groups

We design and facilitate EDI Focus Groups, providing a safeguarded forum for your people to speak about their experiences and share feedback. We then produce an insights report and work with you to establish a bespoke action plan.
